MPC2 is the display/keyboard controller located inside CHI Panel

Main unit switch.

Fuse(s)

Warning:
Please make sure main power to the unit is off before checking fuses!

Nameplate

Machine power requirements are shown on the nameplate.

Electrical Component

Test and replace as necessary. Located at main electrical box (main disconnect).

PB7 or PB9

PB7 or PB9 is loacted behind Start/Stop button show in figure 1 item B. Refer to figure-2 of image of terminal blocks (PB7 & PB9).

PX6 (Sensor)

Check the PX6 located by transfer clamp assembly. Refer to:

Safety Interlock

Each endframe door and the front access guard has a safety interlock switch.

King Edge - Electrical

Please refer to King Edge electrical component PDF for all circuit breakers and motor protector.

Inverter

Check inverters in both endframes and reset accordingly.

Prefeeder Electrical

Test and replace as necessary.

Clutch Gap Adjustment

Adjust so there is no gap between the clutch and brake rollers.
